首屆動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)打造“動(dòng)漫廣交會(huì)”

【好展會(huì)網(wǎng)  游戲?qū)ｎ}】 第二屆中國國際漫畫節(jié)在廣東動(dòng)漫迷的期待中，再次熱力而至，除豐富的動(dòng)漫展示，熱鬧的動(dòng)漫活動(dòng)之外，還首辦“動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)”，意欲打造動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)“廣交會(huì)”，為廣州市及海內(nèi)外漫畫、動(dòng)畫名家、創(chuàng)作人才、動(dòng)漫企業(yè)、出版發(fā)行企業(yè)、媒體采購商、衍生產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)商等中介機(jī)構(gòu)搭建更為便捷、直接的交流和合作洽談平臺(tái)，加快對(duì)接動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)品鏈的步伐。 <br> <br>　　動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)定于2009年9月29至30日在廣州錦漢展覽中心舉行，分別設(shè)有“主會(huì)場區(qū)”、“交易展區(qū)”、“動(dòng)漫版權(quán)登記作品展區(qū)”三個(gè)板塊。 <br> <br>　　動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)打造動(dòng)漫廣交會(huì) <br> <br>　　首次創(chuàng)辦的動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)將設(shè)1134平方米參展商區(qū)，共有動(dòng)漫企業(yè)、出版發(fā)行企業(yè)、媒體采購商、衍生產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)商等約50家參展。本次動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)將總結(jié)本年度原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)成績，并向海內(nèi)外業(yè)界隆重推出以《喜羊羊與灰太狼》獲得華表獎(jiǎng)和入選“五個(gè)一工程獎(jiǎng)”的廣東原創(chuàng)動(dòng)力、“中國動(dòng)漫第一股”廣東奧飛動(dòng)漫和國內(nèi)動(dòng)漫圖書及期刊運(yùn)營發(fā)行量第一的漫友文化三家龍頭企業(yè)。 <br> <br>　　而組委會(huì)特別安排的盛大的動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易簽約儀式上，華納、迪士尼、上海文廣集團(tuán)、央視動(dòng)畫頻道、廣東原創(chuàng)動(dòng)力、廣東奧飛、HelloKitty版權(quán)方日本三立歐公司等海內(nèi)外知名動(dòng)漫企業(yè)將一一登場，進(jìn)行版權(quán)交易的簽約，同時(shí)《兔子幫》、《三國演義》、《烏龍?jiān)骸贰ⅰ镀婊谬垖殹返戎麆?dòng)畫作品也將在現(xiàn)場首度亮相。 <br> <br>　　成立國際城市動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟 <br> <br>　　動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)上，香港、臺(tái)灣、澳大利亞、日本、韓國、馬來西亞、新加坡等海內(nèi)外各地區(qū)動(dòng)漫行業(yè)相關(guān)協(xié)會(huì)與廣州動(dòng)漫行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)代表將對(duì)國際城市動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟《廣州議定書》進(jìn)行認(rèn)定，成立國際城市動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟。 <br> <br>　　該聯(lián)盟成立后，將以實(shí)際行動(dòng)推動(dòng)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展，為各大城市動(dòng)漫業(yè)界搭建更為便捷、直接的交流和合作洽談平臺(tái)，打造國際化的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，未來加入聯(lián)盟的各個(gè)城市，將開展有力的溝通交流活動(dòng)，尋找城市與城市之間的合作機(jī)會(huì)。 <br> <br>　　動(dòng)漫作品知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)備受關(guān)注 <br> <br>　　隨著國內(nèi)乃至國際動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題日益受到重視。有鑒于此，動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)將專設(shè)動(dòng)漫版權(quán)登記區(qū)。在版權(quán)交易會(huì)的帶動(dòng)下，目前已有100余家企業(yè)共800余件作品登記申請(qǐng)廣州市作品著作權(quán)登記。 <br> <br>　　屆時(shí)，所有作品將在交易會(huì)當(dāng)天進(jìn)行展出。動(dòng)漫版權(quán)登記與作品展示，既是對(duì)凝聚創(chuàng)作者們創(chuàng)作精華作品的一種有利保護(hù)措施，同時(shí)也有力打擊市場上的盜版行為。 <br> <br>　　成立動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意庫 <br> <br>　　今后，動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意庫的平臺(tái)下，不僅動(dòng)漫企業(yè)能夠在動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意庫中搜集到相關(guān)的專業(yè)人才，動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)作者也能將自己“推銷”出去。這是本次動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)推動(dòng)成立動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意庫的目的之一。動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意庫將收集和整理海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀動(dòng)漫作品，建立動(dòng)漫作品的電子化展示與版權(quán)交易平臺(tái)。它的形式多樣化，動(dòng)畫、漫畫、動(dòng)漫形象、游戲、衍生產(chǎn)品、小說、劇本、論文等，都可以搜集在其中。創(chuàng)意庫的成立不但營造了推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的良好氛圍，而且有利于動(dòng)漫從業(yè)者的交流與創(chuàng)作的累積，同時(shí)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)漫企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的交流互動(dòng)，為儲(chǔ)備素材、儲(chǔ)備創(chuàng)意、儲(chǔ)備人才等搭建一個(gè)服務(wù)平臺(tái)。 <br> <br>　　強(qiáng)勢(shì)助推動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)基地 <br> <br>　　廣州2005年即被列入“國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基地”，近幾年在政府政策的大力支持下，先后建成了從化、天河、番禺、越秀、黃埔五大動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。本屆漫畫節(jié)將充分聚集各產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)招商引資的政策資源，科技聚集地的智力資源及其豐富的企業(yè)資源，在動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易展期間，積極充分地進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目洽談。在動(dòng)漫版權(quán)交易會(huì)上，幾大動(dòng)漫園區(qū)負(fù)責(zé)人均會(huì)介紹本園區(qū)招商引資政策、資源及企業(yè)優(yōu)惠政策措施等等，積極開展園區(qū)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資商、融資商及企業(yè)間的充分交流與合作，推進(jìn)廣州網(wǎng)游動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的“產(chǎn)學(xué)研”一體化進(jìn)程。</span><br> &nbsp;
